Acars stucks on "Launching"

I tried to open Acars, but it stucks on "Launching application". After several seconds, a message apears saying "Server is busy or lost internet connection".

I re-installed the application, but the problem remains.

Any help? (Acars was working few days ago...)

Most probably the server was down or it was taking too long to respond. Does the problem persist?

Something is wrong in that video. It seems you haven't logged in, yet you are able to check for booked flights.

Try logging out and logging in by pressing "Login" on top left

Problem solved by disabling Windows firewall and re enable it. I don't know why firewall caused this problem.
