PIREP Manual approval pilot possition
Since the pilot possition has been used I had to use the Manual PIREP a couple of times. Although the aircrtaft goes to the destination airport after the PIREP has been aproved I seem to still be at the departure airport. So you have to buy a ticket to go to your destination.

A pilot is only transferred when he submits the pirep via ACARS and it's done deliberately to avoid any misfortunes that will occur in case the flight won't be approved by the division's manager. Also, the idea was to transfer the pilot when the pirep gets quality checked, but if in the meanwhile the pilot had made another flight before the manual flight was quality checked, he would have been tranferred back the moment the first flight got approved and that would cause additional problems with the pilot's location.
Let's hope we'll find some time to write a usefull guide about the recent changes in the economic model that would explain a lot!
