Parking Gates assignment

Parking gate assignments have been added to Supersonic's Flight Plans in Dispatch office for major airports where either A) the gate choice is big or B) too small and "HEAVY" choice is limited.

KJFK gate is for Terminal 1 where Air France CONC used to park since nowadays' Terminal 7 (where BA used to park) is under building works and also T7 was too far away for runway 31L taxing distance :P

In LFPG the equivalent gate of last operations has been assigned since the old one does not exist any more. Thanks Jean-Louis for the feedback.
