Zero fuel at FoB

I have a problem with a specific Charter B77L, registration SX-BAA.
It keeps showing zero fuel on board after a couple flights successfully submitted with the ACARS and while the report shows correct fuel burn and on board values after each flight.
I guess someone should take care of this ;-)
