How to cancel a flight I have booked in the dispatch office

In order to cancel a booked flight from the dispatch office, select the flight by left clicking on the icon with the questionmark
The SEND PIREP page appears
Select Cancel Flight by ticking the appropriate field
and click Submit. The flight is now cancelled and the occupied aircraft is now available for a new booking
