ACARS - Free Flights compatibility fixed

We've made some changes in the dispatch office end and we finally managed to make ACARS work with Free Flights.

Everything works as it should including ACARS readings and the generated pirep/report. You will may notice that the Departing and Arrival airport in the flight plan tab is displaying different values from those in your route, but that's just a compromise we had to make and doesn't affect the flight in any way.

Have in mind that:
1. The scheduled/free flights ratio is 5/1 meaning that you have 1 free flight available for 5 scheduled flights you make.
2. Free flights don't generate any income for the pilot neither for the Airline.
