The flightplan contains a waypoint called TORNO that is duplicate and exist both NW of Budapest and where Uganda is, close to equator. For some reason ACARS picked that one to draw on the map.

How is acars handling duplicate enroute fixes in flight parsing?

Same problem in same flight but my distance is 1500nm http://www.oav.gr/pages/FlightsEdit.asp?reportid=234305

Theoretically its selecting the one closest to the previous waypoint, however in practice sometimes this is not happening correctly..
