Προκειμένου να μπορούμε να σας βοηθήσουμε χρειαζόμαστε τις παρακάτω πληροφορίες:

• Λειτουργικό σύστημα

• Εξομοιωτής

• FSUIPC ή XPUIPC version συμπεριλαμβάνοντας αν είναι freeware ή payware.

• Ακριβής περιγραφή του προβλήματος συμπεριλαμβάνοντας τις συνθήκες που μπορεί να οδήγησαν σε αυτό και άλλα addon που τρέχατε εξωτερικά του FS (π.χ. τί ακριβώς κάνατε εκείνη τη στιγμή, με τί αεροσκάφος πετούσατε, κλπ.)

• Επίσης όταν ανοίγετε ένα καινούριο topic μην βάζετε στην περιγραφή γενικούς τίτλους (πχ ACARS problem, ACARS not working κλπ) αλλά πολύ σύντομες περιγραφές ώστε όταν κάποιος ψάχνει λύση στο πρόβλημα του, να μπορεί να εντοπίσει εύκολα τα topics που τον αφορούν χωρίς να χρειάζεται να τα ανοίξει όλα.

Αιτήματα που δεν περιλαμβάνουν τις παραπάνω πληροφορίες θα αγνοούνται.

In order to troubleshoot any problem we need the following information:

• Operating System

• Simulator

• FSUIPC or XPUIPC version including whether it is freeware or payware.

• Exact description of the problem including other addons you run externally and the exact conditions that led to the problem (e.g. what you were doing, what aircraft you were flying, etc.)

• When you starting a new topic, do not use titles such as ACARS Problem or ACARS not working, but use instead short descriptions of your issue. By doing that, you help others to search and find solutions similar to your problem without spending much time opening every single topic

Επίσης όταν ανοίγετε ένα καινούριο topic μην βάζετε στην περιγραφή γενικούς τίτλους (πχ ACARS problem, ACARS not working κλπ) αλλά πολύ σύντομες περιγραφές ώστε όταν κάποιος ψάχνει λύση στο πρόβλημα του, να μπορεί να εντοπίσει εύκολα τα topics που τον αφορούν χωρίς να χρειάζεται να τα ανοίξει όλα.
