To download the scenery:
1. Open their site using chrome to auto-translate the web page from German to English
2. Register in their forum (http://forum.simmershome.de/)
3. Login with your credentials.
4. "Buy" the product from (http://forum.simmershome.de/shop/index.php/Category/).
5. After a while, the scenery will be available for download from your account page (http://forum.simmershome.de/shop/index.php/Customer/)
