FTX Sceneries must be placed in a specific order in the scenery library in order to work correctly. The order is governed by insertion points that can be managed through FTX Central. Sometimes these insertion points might be meshed up, therefore if things look strange in the simulator, one of the first things to check is this by opening FTX Central 2 --> Settings --> Tools --> Library Insertion Points. In P3D they must be placed above Bathymetry and below all scenery. In FSX they must be placed exactly below Addon Scenery. FTX is placed above OLC. Move them by clicking and dragging with your mouse. SAVE CHANGES when you are done.
