ANNUAL CHRISTMAS FLY-IN
Annual Christmas Fly-In is here again! The IVAO’s official Christmas Fly-In is held at Rovaniemi airport (EFRO) on December 15th 2012 starting at 1800 UTC. The event is co-operated with Swedish division so Swedish airspace will be also covered by ATC. At the same time Finnish Virtual Aviators’ Association (SVIL) organizes Winter Meeting in city of Vantaa and part of the ATC is provided from there.
Rovaniemi is located in the Finnish Lapland, the home region of the Santa-Claus. Last year we had a record amount of traffic in Christmas Fly-In's history so be there this year to beat again that number!
