Μας προσκάλεσαν να συμμετάσχουμε σε ένα φιλανθρωπικό event!


Όπως όλοι ξέρουμε ή έχουμε διαβάσει το Pakistan πλήττεται από τις χειρότερες πλημμύρες του Αιώνα.
Η Vatsim Pakistan/Virtual Pakistan International Airlines μας προσκαλούν σήμερα να πετάξουμε απο ή προς το Karachi για 2 ώρες (1500Z-1700Z).
H κάθε συμμετοχή θα ‘κερδίσει’ το παραπάνω ποσό To/From Karachi will receive $5 / 1 Euro donation τα οποία θα δοθούν στην UNICEF για τους πλημμυροπαθείς.

Η Olympic Air Virtual αποφάσισε για όποιον πιλότο μας θέλει να συμμετάσχει ,μπορεί να πετάξει απο DUBAI για KARACHI ή το αντίστροφο.Ώρα πτήσεως 1:40.

Dear Sirs,

This is Ahmed Ahsen writing to you on behalf of VATSIM Pakistan/ Virtual Pakistan International Airlines. It gives me great pleasure to be writing to a team so accomplished, dedicated and professional as yourself. The amount of dedication and enthusiasm you have shown in the world of flight simulation is truly amazing, and serves as a guideline for all of us to follow. I am mailing you to participate in an event that is aimed at raising charity for millions of people affected by floods in Pakistan.

Sir, Virtual PIA is Pakistan\\\'s only active flight simulator related website and virtual airline. Over the past 5 years, we have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hiroshi Igami, The Project OpenSky team, Enigma Simulations, POSKY Master Texture Specialist Mr. Edward Cox, Mr. Manfred Jahn, Mr. AJ Nikoley, Mr. Jonathon Sze, Mr. Stephen Groom, Mr. Ali Mujtaba, Mr. Umair Ayaz, Mr. Abdullah Rahman, Mr. Sabbir Khan, Mr. Matthew Sheil and numerous others - developing strong relationships with flight sim designers and organisations around the world.

We are also associatied with esteemed organizations such as vatsim.com, flightsim.com, avsim.com, GreekSim flight magazine, VFRreviews.com and world famous simulation magazine PC Pilot.

I am sure you have seen the news of some of the worst floods ever that have hit Pakistan in the past month. According to the United Nations, this flood is the worst natural disaster of this century - more severe than the Tsunami that affected South Asia and the Earthquake that hit Haiti recently. 10 million people have been displaced and are without food or clean water. We at VPIA & Air Child VA have devised a plan that will raise donations for this cause - $5 will be donated for every single pilot who will participate in our combined fly-in. The donations will be transferred to UNICEF, The Imran Khan foundation , The Pakistan Youth League and The MKRF (www.mkrf.org)

While we realize that this comes at an extremely short notice - We invite you, as fellow flight simmers, and on a humanitarian note to actively participate in our event. Not only will you be contributing to people in need, but you will also play a vital role in the development of flight simulation in our region.
